A showhome in the south east Calgary community of Riverstone. These showhomes were built in 2011 and opened in 2012. There was a parade of 6 showhomes with two built by each builder.

This home was a SAM Award finalist for 2012.

This model was a Craftsman style bungalow and although it was 2232 Sq. Ft. on the main floor alone with fully developed basement, it did not look very large from the street.

The beautiful Interior Design was done by Glenda Bourk Interior Design and the modern style was suggested by David Allan who designed the interior spaces with that style in mind.
